Email Orders for Europe
To smoothly process your order, please include the follow information on the purchase order in a PDF format:
- Company name and address
- Billing details (contact details, address, VAT Number)
- Shipping details (contact details, address)
- Purchase order number and order date
- Product number, description, price, and quantity (expressed in number of units/kits)
- Total order amount
- Quotation number reference if available
- DiaSorin entity as stated in the proposal
Email Orders for Rest of World
For faster service, please include the following information with orders submitted to orders@luminexcorp.com:
- Company name
- Name, phone number, and email address of purchasing agent
- Name and phone number of the end user
- Valid purchase order number
- Complete billing and shipping addresses
- Product number, description, pricing, and quantity
- Prepayment
- FOB shipping point
