Margherita Spaini

Margherita Spaini is Alternate Statutory Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Diasorin Group. She holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Turin and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987, with a strong background in tax and corporate consulting, auditing, and internal control.

Throughout her career, she has served as statutory auditor (standing and alternate), supervisory board member, and auditor in listed companies, public entities, foundations, cooperatives, and non-profit organizations, working in sectors such as healthcare, environment, culture, energy, and public services.

She has been actively involved in the Turin Association of Chartered Accountants, where she served as Board Member, Secretary, and member of the Equal Opportunity Committee. She is also a faculty member of the “Piero Piccatti” School for Advanced Professional Training.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences and training events on sustainability, corporate control, the third sector, and governance, and has taught accounting and business economics as an adjunct professor at the University of Turin.
