Diego Pistone
Born in 1950, Diego Pistone holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Turin. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Milan, before joining the Fiat Group, where he held a series of senior financial and executive roles over nearly four decades.
From 1978 to 1983, he served as Chief Administrative Officer at Teksid S.p.A., followed by the role of Group Controller at Magneti Marelli S.p.A. until 1992. He then became Executive Vice President and CFO of Compagnie Européenne d’Accumulateurs (Fiat Group), and later Vice President and Group Controller at Fiat S.p.A.
From 2000 to 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of Fiat Auto S.p.A., and subsequently held executive leadership roles at FGA S.p.A., overseeing EMEA Parts & Services and Supply Chain & Network Development. From 2014 to 2021, he served as CEO of FCA Services & Holdings at FCA N.V.
