Diva Moriani

Diva Moriani is an Independent Board Member of Diasorin. She holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Florence and has extensive experience in the industrial and financial sectors.

Since 2007, she has served as Executive Vice President and, since 2024, Executive President of KME Group S.p.A., a global leader in copper semi-finished products. She holds senior positions across the Group’s main companies, including KME SE, KME Italy, KME Germany, and KME Netherlands, and is CEO of KMH S.p.A.

She has held leadership roles in private equity and currently serves on the Boards of CULTI Milano S.p.A., Moncler S.p.A., and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., where she has chaired or been a member of the Remuneration, Nomination, and Related Parties Committees.

She is also a Board Member of Dynamo Academy and Fondazione Dynamo, and a Faculty Member of the Spes Academy “Carlo Azeglio Ciampi”.
