Luigi Cicchese

Luigi Cicchese leads the global Systems & Engineering function at Diasorin, overseeing the development and integration of diagnostic systems. He manages international teams involved in hardware and software design, testing, and cloud connectivity, while also coordinating the launch of Point-of-Care systems and strategic data integration initiatives.

With over 30 years of international experience in technology and diagnostics, he has held executive roles across Europe and the United States. He served as CEO of Concept Reply, where he led the development of IoT and digital solutions, achieving early profitability and launching the company’s first proprietary platform. Previously, he worked at Motorola, managing R&D centers and global projects for mobile and telecom systems, contributing to patented innovations.

Luigi holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence and earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
