Stefano Altara

Stefano Altara has been a member of the Board of Directors of Diasorin since 2014. He holds a degree in Law and has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 1995. He is a founding partner of the law firm Musumeci, Altara, Desana e Associati, based in Turin.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in legal advisory and assistance, primarily serving private companies and public entities in the fields of civil, corporate, commercial, labor, insurance, and industrial law.

He regularly advises companies, including publicly listed entities, on non-contentious matters, corporate and commercial law, extraordinary transactions in Italy and abroad, governance structures, mergers & acquisitions, and complex commercial contracts.

He has worked across various industries, including shipbuilding, medical, mechanical engineering, information technology, energy, and insurance. He also provides litigation support to clients in all areas of civil and business law.
