Claudia Motta

Board Member

Claudia Motta is an Independent Board Member of the Diasorin Group. She holds a degree with honors in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan and completed a university exchange program at New York University.

She has extensive experience in the banking, insurance, and consulting sectors, having held senior executive roles at major Italian financial institutions including Intesa Sanpaolo, UBI Banca, Eurizon, RAS (now Allianz Italia), and Fondiaria SAI. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Group Organization Division at Intesa Sanpaolo, overseeing strategic and regulatory initiatives.

Previously, she served on the Boards of UBI Group companies and Deutsche Bank Group Italy. She also worked at McKinsey & Company and A.T. Kearney, managing strategic projects for leading banks and insurance groups.
