Field Service Training Session
Field Service training is offered exclusively to Diasorin and Luminex authorized Field Service Engineers, partners, distributors, and approved third parties. These sessions provide comprehensive knowledge of instrument technology, software, and hardware, along with recommended maintenance practices and troubleshooting guidelines. Training is delivered on an as-needed basis and can be requested by contacting the Corporate Service Training Team or through the designated Luminex request channel.
Field Service Engineer Course Options
LIAISON® XL
This is a 4 to 10-day basic training course for the LIAISON® XL Operator or System Specialist, where attendees will receive information on the following topics:
- Technology overview
- User software overview
- User maintenance procedures
- Hardware components removal and replacement
- Service procedures with service software
- Installation and preventive maintenance procedures
- Hands-on sessions
- 4 days Operator training
- 10 days System Specialist training
The courses are taught as-needed and can be requested by contacting the Corporate Service Training Team.

Our latest course offering is a 5-day basic field service course for the xMAP INTELLIFLEX® System. As part of this course, users will receive in-depth training on the following topics:

- An introduction to calibration and verification reports
- Preventative maintenance procedures
- How to properly remove and replace xMAP INTELLIFLEX® components
