Fioranna Vittoria Negri

Fioranna Negri is an Independent Board Member of the Diasorin Group. A Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, she has over 35 years of experience in audit, corporate governance, and business consulting.

She is currently a Partner at PMI Audit & Consulting and holds several governance and control roles, including Chair of Boards of Statutory Auditors in listed and unlisted companies, non-profit organizations, universities, and public institutions. She is also a member or chair of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 for major industrial, financial, and infrastructure entities.

She has held senior positions at leading auditing firms (Grant Thornton, PKF Italia, BDO) and contributed to scientific and technical committees for the Italian National Council of Accountants, Assirevi, and the Italian Organization for Standardization (UNI).

A lecturer in postgraduate programs and corporate training, she is also the author of publications on corporate law, auditing, and business crisis regulation.
