Giorgio Ghignoni

Giorgio Ghignoni is Corporate Vice President of Scientific Affairs at Diasorin, where he leads global scientific activities and innovation in the field of immunodiagnostics. He brings over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries, with deep expertise in Market Access, Public Affairs, Medical Affairs, and scientific communication.

He began his career in clinical medicine before taking on executive roles in major Italian and North American multinational companies. He served as Medical Executive Director at Menarini and Pfizer Italy and later held senior leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb in both Italy and the U.S., including Executive Director of Global Market Access. In 2016, he joined Angelini Pharma as Global Head of Pricing, Market Access & Public Affairs.
