Giovanna Pacchiana Parravicini

Giovanna Pacchiana Parravicini serves as a Board Member of the Diasorin Group for the 2022–2025 term. She was also a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Proposals Committee and the Related Parties Committee.

She holds a Law degree with honors from the University of Turin, where she is currently an Associate Professor of Labor Law. A Supreme Court attorney, she has extensive academic and professional experience in labor law, industrial relations, and social security law, and has taught at various Italian universities.

She has held several institutional positions, including Vice President and later President of the regional board of AGI – Italian Labor Lawyers Association (Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta), and is a member of scientific and legal advisory boards.
