Matteo Michele Sutera

Matteo Michele Sutera is a Statutory Auditor of Diasorin S.p.A. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University, earned in 2005. He has been a member of the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Legal Auditors since 2009.

He is a partner at the firm Cornaglia & Associati in Milan, where he focuses on tax and corporate consultancy for capital companies and financial intermediaries. His professional activity includes corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and related contractual support (such as purchase and sale of equity stakes or business units).

He has extensive experience in financial regulation, advising investment funds and asset management companies on regulatory and compliance matters. He is a member of corporate boards and supervisory bodies of listed and unlisted companies.
