FISIP Talent Project
Nurturing Talent, Promoting Inclusion
Diasorin reaffirms its commitment to supporting Italian Paralympic sports through the FISIP Talent Project Italian Paralympic sports through the FISIP Talent Project, an initiative developed in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Paralympic Winter Sports (FISIP) to accompany Italian athletes on their journey to the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Paralympic Games.
As part of a four-year sponsorship agreement (2023-2026), Diasorin supports a selected group of Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, and snowboarding athletes, identified by FISIP based on talent and sports excellence criteria. This support provides them with essential technical and logistical resources to enhance their athletic preparation and participation in international competitions.
The Athletes of the FISIP Talent Project
Alpine Skiing
Federico Pelizzari (Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super-G, Super Combined)
Bronze medalist at the 2021 Lillehammer World Championships (Super Combined) and the 2023 Lleida World Championships (Giant Slalom), he represented Italy at the 2022 Beijing Paralympics, securing a fourth-place finish in the Giant Slalom.
Davide Bendotti (Downhill, Slalom, Giant Slalom, Super-G, Super Combined)
After a motorcycle accident, he embarked on a career in Paralympic Alpine skiing, competing in the 2018 PyeongChang and 2022 Beijing Paralympic Games. At the national level, he has been the slalom special champion since 2016.
Snowboarding
Luca Palla (Snowboard)
Winner of the FISIP Italy Cup and the 2023/2024 SnowForAll Disabled Ski Cup, he secured ninth place at the 2024 Tignes World Cup.
A Path to Excellence
The FISIP Talent Project has already contributed to significant sporting achievements. At the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympics, the athletes supported by the project won 2 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal, while at the 2022 Beijing Paralympics, they secured 2 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals.
