Diasorin for Ukraine
About the project
In early 2022, in light of the intensification of violence and the humanitarian emergency in Ukraine, Diasorin employees mobilized to launch an urgent charity collection to respond to the needs of the civilian population in Ukraine. Diasorin supported this initiative by contributing a donation of the same amount as collected by the fund-raising employees.
This initiative was carried out in cooperation with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), to which the full amount of the donation was donated in order to support the management of war evacuees, and to organize convoys loaded with basic necessities, including medicines, food, clothing, blankets and camping beds, and first aid kits.
In parallel, Diasorin UK has organized further shipments of food and medicines to Ukraine.
