在处理 MagPlex® 微球时，通常需要将磁性微球从溶液中分离出来。为使这些清洗步骤尽可能简便，Luminex 提供了两种磁性分离器：磁性分离板和磁性分离架。

磁性分离板 - Diasorin

磁性分离板

磁性分离板是一种改良的板式磁铁，用于在实验清洗步骤中分离 96 孔板中的 MagPlex®  微球。该磁铁两侧的卡扣经过特殊设计，可牢固固定圆底微孔板，使操作者能快速翻转并将液体倾倒至废液容器中。

与ELISA采用的方法类似，这种手动洗板方法已被证实可有效去除板上每个孔中几乎所有的上清液，且几乎不会造成微球丢失。
