Patrizia Arienti

Patrizia Arienti is a Statutory Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Diasorin S.p.A. She has been a member of the Italian Chartered Accountants’ Register since 1988 and a Certified Auditor since 1995.

She began her career at Deloitte in 1985, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, becoming a partner in 1995 and later serving on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.

She has over 35 years of experience in auditing listed companies and multinational groups in the fashion, retail, and manufacturing sectors. She has supported IPO processes both in Italy and abroad, and has worked on the implementation of compliance projects under Italian Legislative Decrees 231 and 262, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley audits for U.S.-listed companies.

She currently serves as Chair or Statutory Auditor for several prominent companies, including Prada S.p.A., Amplifon S.p.A., Hermès Italia S.p.A., Louisiana S.p.A., Yoox Net-A-Porter Group S.p.A., and Unikeris Ltd (Chiesi Group). She is also an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committees at Sogefi S.p.A. and MediaForEurope N.V.
