Giancarlo Boschetti

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Giancarlo Boschetti is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diasorin S.p.A. and has built a long-standing career in the industrial and automotive sectors, primarily within the FIAT Group. He began his professional journey in 1964, holding various administrative and industrial roles, before moving into the Budget Division and later the Planning and Marketing Department.

Over the years, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including CEO of IVI, a FIAT-affiliated company, and later served as Purchasing Director and Commercial Director at IVECO. In 1990, he was appointed CEO of IVECO, a position he held until 2002, when he joined the Board of Directors of FIAT Auto.

Since 2004, he has continued to support various companies through advisory and executive roles, bringing with him extensive strategic and managerial expertise.
