Alternate Statutory Auditor

Cristian Tundo is Alternate Statutory Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Diasorin Group. He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Parma and has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2002.

He has extensive experience in tax, corporate, and business consulting for medium and large industrial and commercial companies, with a focus on extraordinary transactions, international taxation, and IFRS-reporting entities.

He currently holds positions as statutory auditor or chair of the board of auditors in a range of listed and non-listed companies, operating in sectors such as industry, energy, IT, logistics, and environmental services. He also has solid expertise in internal control, consolidated reporting, and risk oversight.
