Michele Denegri

Michele Denegri is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diasorin S.p.A., a role he has held since 2022 after serving as Vice Chairman from 2013 and as a Board Member since 2003.

Born in 1969 in Turin, he graduated in 1994 from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Turin. He began his career with a training program at KPMG Consulting, and in 1997 moved to New York to work in real estate investment.

Upon returning to Italy in 2001, he co-founded the private equity firm Industria e Finanza SGR, where he managed investment activities and held operational roles in several portfolio companies, including Digicast S.p.A., a leading player in digital television publishing in Italy.

In 2007, he became CEO of Finde S.p.A. and its subsidiary IP Investimenti e Partecipazioni S.p.A., a private and independent financial company focused on private equity and venture capital investments. His strategy centers on the medical technology sector, particularly in cardiovascular and orthopedic fields. He also holds operational roles in several portfolio companies, including CID Implantable Devices and Corin Group Orthopedic.

Since 2013, alongside his investment activities in real estate, private equity, and venture capital, he has been engaged in major initiatives in the social enterprise sector through a private non-profit foundation.
